We can advise both occupiers and landlords and ensure they have acted within their rights so that they are protected and the property/scheme is managed as it should be so there is no loss to the other party.

For most SMEs facilities is not seen as a core function of the business. Whilst that maybe the case managing facilities properly and ensuring that you have the right services in the right place at the right time can benefit the core business function. But poorly undertaken can cause a significant detrimental effect on your operations. We can support you by developing a strategy that ensures any facilities activity supports the achievement of your business goals.
3 // SCHEME SET UP & MOBILISATION
Whether a new development or existing scheme we can assist in the setup and mobilisation, providing a bespoke management strategy for individual schemes no matter the size or complexity. We are able to advice on a mix of asset including large residential and mixed-use schemes where we can assist with the management design, structure and mobilisation. We can also support Resident Management Co's in the management of their buildings and in the appointment of a managing agent.

We can provide an asset management service to SMEs, 3rd Sector operators or individuals. We can complete a strategic review of your property or portfolio and advise on how to add value through asset management initiatives, whether it be reviewing leases, determining potential options for redevelopment, disposal, refurbishment or letting.
